  I was in town visiting family and decided to visit the new restaurant that everyone was talking about, The Broken Chimney. I went with my parents and grandparents.
  
  Three of us ordered Italian beef sandwiches and my grandma ordered the meatball sandwich. It took about 25 minutes to receive our order, which is way too long for the type of food we ordered. I ordered peppers on my Italian beef and those were left off. I also had to go back to get an order of fries, which were cold.
  
  Once I was settled at my table, I took a bite of my sandwich. The Italian beef wasn't very flavorful. I'm not sure where Bob T. went to have an Italian beef sandwich in the Chicagoland area, but I live near the Chicagoland area and have many restaurants available to me that serve a much better Italian beef sandwich with a much faster ticket time.
  
  With that being said, the interior was very nice and refreshing! It's nice to see a complete remodel of that building. The employees were also very friendly. I understand that this restaurant had only been open a week, so I will give them a second chance next time I'm in town. Again, order accuracy and improving ticket time will tremendously help!

  Just another fast food restaurant. I don't understand how someone could put this much money into a building, just to serve deep fried frozen food. The outside looks so nice; hand painted mural and keg with real brick, then step inside to confusion. I was really hoping for a fancy restaurant. My suggestion to the owner is to invest in some chef's and redo the entire menu.
